Support for ADHD, Anxiety and People-pleasing patterns
I support adults who experience challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, self-doubt and people-pleasing tendencies.
You might find yourself overthinking, feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself or others. Everyday life and relationships may leave you drained, overwhelmed or on edge.
I support people who may struggle with:
-
ADHD symptoms, such as difficulty focusing, procrastination, managing emotions and reactivity, impulsivity and rejection sensitivity.
-
Overthinking, emotional overwhelm, fears about not being good enough and anxiety about intimacy and relationships.
-
People-pleasing patterns such as difficulties setting boundaries or saying no, taking up space and asserting your needs, undervaluing yourself or finding it hard to ask for help or rely on others for support.

I’m a Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience and qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling and Gestalt Psychotherapy.
I offer a grounded, non-judgemental and emotionally honest space where you can feel safe to open up and move towards a calmer inner world and deeper connections in your relationships.
I help adults struggling with ADHD, people-pleasing tendencies and self-doubt to better understand themselves and work through stuck patterns. We'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours affect your inner world and your relationships. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and emotionally honest.
I've worked in university counselling, community mental health, EAP, organisational wellbeing and private practice. I hold degrees in Psychology and Social Work and I'm trained in Relational Gestalt Psychotherapy.
